We are selling some Villa homes in Bogazkent and Belek. Foreign ownership is NO problem. . We speak Turkish,German and English.
The homes are 120 meters square with 4+1 rooms, w/c, master bathroom, great kitchen, 3 balconies and a Huge terrace on top with 360 views of sea in front and Tauras mountains in back. The mountains of Antalya can be seen from terrace and beach. We are 40 minutes to Antalya airport. The sea is only 800 metters away. *There is approximately 10,000 homes in the area that are not on the sea. ***Please Note: If you are looking for city noise or lifestyle this is not the place for you. Even though there are 5 star resorts here, it is a extremely quiet rural area.

IF you are not familiar with the Antalya/Belek/Bogazkent area and would like to hear more about the area before visiting us, please feel free to call us or email. Belek is a HUGE tourist area with over 30--5 star hotels and about 7 Golf Courses with more to come. We are located just east of Belek in Bogazkent. Currently a 2 kilometer drive must be made to Belek over the new bridge accross the river. You can walk from the home to the closest courses or drive 2 km. and then walk a couple hundred meters. Unfortunately, the Belek/Kadriya area are not set up well for houseing. The places are not close to the sea. What beach access they have is extremely limited with little or no privacy. Where we are located is directly on the sea and the beach is basically all yours. You can play golf right on the beach--while fishing if you want? Fishing is great here and you can park a boat right on the beach or in the parking lot with direct access to the beach. Ancient cities like Aspendos and Perge are just minutes away as are the high mountain lakes. There are property taxes that are paid to the local city hall. A wapping $30 last year!!!! A small Unit Fee is paid yearly for the grounds upkeep, security that you don't need, and upkeep on the SWIMMING POOL. In Belek everyone speaks English/German/Turkish.
